The Finest Catering in Baltimore

From our very first tasting, we knew this place was special. It was clear they prioritize their people and their couples. It was hands down the best tasting we had of any vendor. They showed us their entire back of house, including storage and processing, so we knew right away they were organized and equipped to handle any event. The tasting itself was incredible. Everything was delicious, but we made things a bit more complicated by asking for very specific dishes and menu items. Instead of being understandably annoyed, the chef was super excited about the challenge and worked with us to create some truly fantastic dishes for our cocktail hour and dinner service. Choosing them was EASY, and working with them all the way to the wedding day was just as SEAMLESS. They were highly communicative and helped us plan not only the food but the flow of the event as a whole. They were like secondhand wedding planners in the best way possible! On the day itself, we didn't have to stress at all. Everything was handled in such a professional, organized, and well-timed way that we could simply enjoy ourselves. Now, the BEST part: the food. It was one of the biggest highlights of our wedding, and every single guest told us it was the BEST FOOD they had ever had at a wedding. They could easily have filled up on the generous passed hors d'oeuvres and the lovely, unique antipasto display, but they were so glad they saved room as dinner was insanely delicious, well timed, and beautifully plated. The staff were friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. The vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-friendly options looked so good! We couldn't write a more glowing recommendation. They are caterers, organizers, wedding planners, de-stressors, therapists, and so much more. Book them without hesitation!!!!!

Rouge was one of the pricier options we were considering for catering our wedding reception, but we 100% stand by the decision. The team was a well-oiled machine from the beginning when we first made contact with them all the way to packing up at the reception. The coordinators were very responsive and did a great job guiding us through the planning process. We did a walk through together of the venue and talked through all of our questions. They were asking questions that I didn't even think of, which was a huge help. The team that showed up for the reception was extremely professional. We didn't have a day of coordinator, but we felt confident in Rouge's capability and organization. They needed to transition the space from ceremony to reception, which involved rearranging tables, chairs, and linens. The setup for the cocktail hour and bar were well done. And to top it all off, the food was delicious! Working with Rouge was a really wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend them.

We've been wondering if the staff just really liked us or if they can deliver this level of service all the time! I really can't figure out how they can serve food that is so fresh and warm to 200 guest over 1 1/2 hours. The staff was courteous, kind, adaptive, and knowledgeable. They were cleaned u and out of the venue in no time at all.

We booked with ROUGE after sampling their food and chatting with their team at a bridal show, and from our very first email to the moment the last rack was rolled off our property, they were hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. The entire team made the process so easy. They took the time to truly listen to what we wanted, helped us build the perfect menu, and offered their expert advice every step of the way. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the food, and nearly a week later, people are STILL talking to us about how incredible everything was! From the sales team, Rachel and Celeste, to our day-of coordinating team, Megan and Emely, every single person went above and beyond to make our day special. They made our vision come to life while allowing us to stay present and actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about the details. And Chef Joe absolutely knocked it out of the park! Not only was every dish delicious, but all of the food displays and presentation were absolutely beautiful. Everything felt elevated, intentional, and so thoughtfully done. We also had ROUGE cater our bridal shower, which was another HUGE hit. We used their delivery service for that event, and they arrived and set everything up so beautifully. The food, presentation, service, everything was just as impressive as it was on our wedding day. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about ROUGE and their entire team. They were professional, responsive, kind, talented, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day amazing. If you are considering ROUGE for your wedding or event, BOOK THEM. We could not have been happier with Rouge Fine Catering for our daughter’s wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. From the very beginning, Samantha was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to make the entire process feel seamless meant so much to me. Planning a wedding involves an enormous number of details, and Rouge was one of the vendors I simply never had to worry about. I knew they would take care of everything, and they did. And then there was the food! Our guests absolutely raved about the hors d’oeuvres and dinner. I have attended many weddings, and I honestly cannot remember another wedding where the food received so many compliments. Guests were still talking about how delicious everything was well after the wedding. The entire Rouge team was professional, organized, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. If you're looking for a sign - pick Rouge and don't give it a second thought! I truly couldn't recommend Rouge more. I worked closely with Samantha and she was absolutely phenomenal, always on top of every single detail and always with great recommendations and advice. Wedding planning is stressful, but going through the steps with Rouge as our caterer was one of the easiest and most fun parts of our planning process. The food day of was truly as beautiful and delicious as it was at our tasting. The chicken was moist - a catering first - and the apps, meals, and desserts were simply fantastic. I can confidently say I've never had better wedding food, and I've been in and to a lot of weddings. They were quick to accommodate our labor-intensive signature cocktail and also my crazy dream of having a giant crème brûlée as our wedding "cake." We got so many compliments on the food (and still are 3 weeks later!), I only wish I had a chance to eat more! The catering is definitely expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for!

Working with ROUGE was an absolute dream! Everyone on the team was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, and we still have guests telling us how amazing the food was! Everything from the mini lobster rolls at cocktail hour to the delicious short ribs for the meal was cooked to perfection, and I will be recommending ROUGE to any and everyone I know getting married in the Maryland area.

Rouge was absolutely delicious, and everything we hoped for in a caterer. The presentation was beautiful, complete with colorful flowers and greens on each display station and platter. The entire team, from our initial contact, through the tasting process, and finally on our wedding day, was very professional and detail oriented. We especially loved that they had an appetizer tray ready for us during cocktail hour since we were taking pictures during that time! An all-around amazing experience!

Rouge knocked it out of the park for us throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. The food was amazing too and we had a ton of compliments…having attended 10 or so weddings in the last year and a half, we truly feel that we had some of (if not) the best food of any of them. Julia is a rockstar and I can’t recommend her enough! From the first email introduction, she was super helpful, transparent, accommodating to our special requests, and on wedding day, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
